Terms of Use

Effective date: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Brewer Home Team ("Brewer Home Team," "we," "us" or "our"). They apply when you visit or use our websites, including brewerhometeam.com, goodoptionsrealestate.com, sellstaymove.com, helptosellandmove.com, goodoptionshomebuyers.com and cashoutandstayput.com, and any forms, quizzes, guides and tools on them (together, the "Sites").

By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on the Sites and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may also change, pause or remove any part of the Sites at any time.

2. Who we are, and our relationship with you

Brewer Home Team is a real estate team of Keller Williams North Atlanta, our brokerage. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated. The Sites are operated by Brewer Home Team and not by Keller Williams Realty, LLC. If you follow a link to a Keller Williams website, including our property search, that website's own terms and privacy policy apply there.

Using the Sites, submitting a form or taking a quiz does not make us your agent or representative, and it does not create a brokerage, listing, buyer representation or any other real estate services relationship. Any such relationship exists only if you and a licensed real estate professional sign a written agreement.

3. General information only, not professional advice

Everything on the Sites is general information about real estate. It is not legal, financial, tax, lending, accounting, investment, appraisal or insurance advice, and it is not an offer or commitment to lend, buy or sell anything.

Brewer Home Team is not a lender, mortgage broker, financial advisor, tax advisor or investment advisor. When you read about options for your equity, for buying before selling, or for keeping a home as a rental, we can explain the real estate side. Lending, financial and tax questions should go to an appropriately licensed professional. We may connect you with one, but we do not guarantee any result from working with them. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Our real estate market information changes quickly and may not apply to your situation. Please confirm anything important with a qualified professional before you act on it.

4. Quizzes, guides and estimates

The Sell, Stay or Move Up quiz and similar tools are conversation starters. Their results are general, are based only on the answers you give, and are not a recommendation, a prediction or a guarantee. Any home value information we provide is an estimate based on the information available to us. It is not an appraisal, and your home may sell for more or less. Listing and property information may come from third parties, may be incomplete, and may be out of date.

5. Using the Sites

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the Sites for your own non-commercial purposes while following these Terms. You are responsible for your own device, internet connection and any fees your provider charges.

6. Information you give us, and how we contact you

When you fill out a form or take a quiz, you agree to give us accurate and current information, and only information you have the right to share. We use that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting a form with your phone number or email address, you agree that Brewer Home Team may contact you about your request, and about related real estate services, by phone, text message and email, including by using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of buying or selling any property or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask for help by replying HELP. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time by calling 678-820-9098 or emailing info@brewerhometeam.com.

7. Your conduct

When using the Sites, you agree not to:

  • break any law or the rights of others;
  • submit false, misleading or someone else's information, or pretend to be another person;
  • send spam, harmful code or anything designed to damage or interfere with the Sites;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, our systems or other users' information;
  • use automated tools, bots or scrapers to copy or collect content or data from the Sites, or use content from the Sites to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
  • copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Sites; or
  • use the Sites to discriminate or to help others discriminate in housing.

We may monitor use of the Sites, and we may remove content or block access if we believe these Terms are being broken.

8. Links and third-party services

The Sites link to websites and services we do not own or control, such as our Keller Williams property search and Google reviews. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability. If you use them, their terms apply.

9. Reviews and anything else you send us

If you send us a review, comment, testimonial, photo or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and is truthful. You give Brewer Home Team a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. We will not publish your full name or photo on the Sites without your permission. Ideas and suggestions you send us may be used by us without payment or credit to you.

10. Our intellectual property

The Sites, including their text, design, graphics, logos, photos, guides, quizzes and code, are owned by Brewer Home Team or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The Brewer Home Team name and logo, and the Keller Williams name and logos, are trademarks of their owners. You may not use them or copy content from the Sites without our written permission, except to view the Sites and share a link to them.

11. Fair housing

Brewer Home Team is committed to equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate against anyone because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Sites and everything on them are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Sites will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful code, or that any quiz result, estimate or information will fit your situation. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Brewer Home Team, its team members, and its and their affiliates, agents and brokerage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Sites or your reliance on information on them. Our total liability for any claim related to the Sites will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). If you are unhappy with the Sites, your only remedy is to stop using them. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Our relationship with you as a real estate client, if one begins, is governed by the written agreement you sign.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Brewer Home Team, its team members, and its and their affiliates, agents and brokerage from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that come from your misuse of the Sites, your content or information, or your breaking these Terms or the rights of someone else.

15. Ending your access

We may suspend or end your access to the Sites at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms or for any other reason. Sections that by their nature should continue (including sections 3, 4, 9, 10, 12 through 14, 16 and 19) will continue after your access ends.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, any legal action related to the Sites must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.

17. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Sites infringes your copyright, please email info@brewerhometeam.com with your contact information, a description of the work and where it appears on the Sites, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Sites is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

19. General terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Brewer Home Team about the Sites. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that does not mean we give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us. You agree that we may give you notices about the Sites electronically, including by posting them on the Sites or emailing the address you provided. Headings are only for convenience.
