Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
The Brewer Home Team (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on sellstaymove.com and how we use it.
The check-up itself
Your check-up answers are scored inside your own web browser. We do not receive or store your answers unless you choose to fill in the optional follow-up form on the result screen. If you do, we receive your answers and your result along with your contact information, so we can talk them over with you.
Information we collect
If you ask for a follow-up, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, and (if you add it) your email address. We also record which page you first visited and any campaign tags in the web address (for example, “utm_source=facebook”), so we know which of our efforts are helpful. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. If we use Google Analytics, it collects general information about how visitors use the site.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your request by phone or email
- To send text messages, but only if you checked the separate text-message box
- With your permission, to introduce you to licensed lenders, attorneys, title companies, or other professionals who can help with the path you choose
- To understand which of our outreach efforts are useful
- To protect our website from spam and abuse
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who check the text-message box on our form. Checking the box is never required to get help from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as described above, as you direct, or as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are helpful. It uses cookies and similar tools that collect information such as pages viewed and general location. Your browser may also briefly store how you arrived at our site so it can be sent along with your form. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Google Analytics also counts which overall result (sell, stay, or move) visitors get, without your answers or any personal details.
How we protect your information
Our website uses a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Form submissions are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop all contact, email info@brewerhometeam.com or call (678) 820-9098.
